macro recorder

I am trying to use the macro add, edit, delete form from the tools menu. If no program is running (selected from the tool menu) I get the correct form. If a program is running I will only get the macro recording form.
Any help is appreciated.

I've never worked much with macros myself, but have you tried using the SET MACKEYS command in your code?
