Macro question?

My wife uses WP and described a problem to me.
Being a MS Word user I didn't have an answer.

She prints documents that have one or many pages.
The first page needs to be on letterhead from printer hopper one the rest on plain paper from hopper two.

She can print one page documents with no problem.
When she prints a two page docs (which print fine) followed by a one pager, the first page doesn't return to the letterhead hopper.

Someone earlier had placed an icon on a task bar that when clicked ensured the first page would return to the letterhead hopper. The icon dissappeared following her last upgrade.

After printing a two pager she now has to return to do a format > page setup > first page hopper one > following pages hopper two > apply > ok

How does she re-make the macro and place it on her task bar?

In WP9 you would go to Format - Page - Page Setup - Options - New and create page definitions using the source to direct each definition to the proper tray. Also in WP9 the Page Setup has a check box "Following Pages different from current page" You would set this up at the beginning of the document.

Other versions of WP will have the same or similar concept, maybe not precisely the same.

Thanks Don..that helps but do you know how to create this into a macro and place it to an icon on a task bar.

I no little about macros, but you could experiment with Tools - Macro - Record. You could also just put a shortcut icon on the toolbar for the page setup screen using Tools - Settings - Customize - Edit.
