Is it possible to create a macro that would create the same pivot table out of a different set of data?

& how do I write/record the macro?

Could you elaborate a bit more? If you're only updating data, all you need to do is refresh. Are you saying your data source changes entirely? Different column names?

Hi,

Turn on your macro recorder.

Select the PT & open the WIzard.

Hit the BACK button.

Select the New data source.

Post your code in Forum707 to customize.
