Macro File Paths

OK, here's another annoying question!

My file path for Macros is set to:

"C:\Program Files\E!PC\Macros"

in global prefs, but whenever I try to open a macro from within the macro editor, it always goes to:

"C:\Documents and Settings\Xamonas\My Documents\Attachmate\EXTRA!\Macros"

There is nothing in there except for the example macros that ship with Extra. There doesn't seem to be any way of changing it though. It's more annoying than anything - but I would like an explanation / solution.

Thanks.

There's probably a registry key that tells it to point there. Easiest fix would be to just have a shortcut to the folder your macros are in.

Thanks for the reply Skie.

That's pretty much what I figured too.

In the end I deleted the folder in 'Doc and Settings' - it now points to the right place. It looks like something in Extra's guts doesn't update all of its registry settings when you change your default macro path - deleting the folder must have forced it to look at my preferences.
