Macro- Excel to embedded MS Project

I am running Excel with some data on sheet1 and Microsoft Project embedded on sheet2. I want to write a Macro that will copy some data from (sheet1), Excel, then paste in a Project cell (sheet2). I have no problem writing the Macro in Excel but how do you write the Macro so it will paste into Project?
I would appreciate any advise.
