Macro command to capture

I'm using Extra! version 6.5 on NT 4.0 (ugh). Emulating a vt100. The tools menu has an option to "capture incoming data" but there is no Extra Basic command to do this.

I just want to dump what's comming from the host to an ascii text file, no formatting needed. Is there some other way to do it?

You could use the GetString procudure and place it in a loop that would read the entire screen. It is more tedious but I have used it before.
