Macro code to rename or uniquely name a file. 1

How can I uniquely name/rename a hotfile on a win2k box within a macro.

I am using an Impromptu 7.0 macro to run a report before saving the output as a hotfile. The "static" hotfile is compared against by subsequent reports (at later dates) to determine changes in data. I'd like control to either name the exported hotfile or rename the file after it's used as an archive of that date's activity. Ideally I'd like to name the file as the date ie. 102203.ims.
