Is there a way to automatically run the Reset Allocations module daily at a certain day and time? (Inventory Management > Processes > Reset Allocation by Item/Location)

We're using Macola Progression 7.6.100a.

I beleive you could run it as a deferred process. Search it out and see the pros and cons.

Hmm, how would I go about setting up a deferred process in Macola? I searched the forums and the help documents in Macola and couldn't find any information on setting one up.

Thanks!

When running some processes / reports in Macola there is a check box to deferr. When you check the box you get to setup a time to run the report. In the system manager there is a defered report manager. You have to open this and leave it running a workstation, it will wake up at the assigned time and run the process. I know there are some thread on this discussing the fact it counts as a user logged in, etc.... You should be able to find it here.

Thanks very much for your help. This is exactly what I was looking for.
