Macola Progression 7.6.400- Sales history 1

When I run a sales history by item or by customer, normally it comes up with the latest completed month (ex. now Nov (11) would show but all of a sudden it stays with Oct (10). Of course if I manually change it, I will get the Nov data as well but if I don't change it I get Oct data and even after changing it, the next time I do a history for an item or customer, it still comes up with October.
Suggestions? Thanks
