macola process yearend 1

please I have macola progression 7.5.103fi-sql and I need to know what is the G/L tables use during yearend process because I need close 2008 period but I don't know if somebody do it before. what table in G/L can tellme if somebody run process year end??

because this company seems never to have made the proces yearend

Check an account such as your main cash account. Look for the first transaction with BBF as the source (Balance Brought Forward). This would be for the last year that was closed. I would then check my GL comparative file, is there any balances for years greater than the last closed year ? If so then a temp year end was performed and this will change the way you perform your final close.
