Macola on W2k3 server and terminal services

Close to buying new Win2003 servers and wondering if anyone has any comments on Macola performance - specifically we are looking to run MS Terminal Services for about 30 users on our campus. I remember earlier threads about problems with W2K or win2003 servers and TS. Also, is anyone using TS over a WAN? We are currently using Citrix for some of our remote Macola users and I'm not sure that Citrix is worth their licensing fees. Has anyone used other WAN solutions besides Citrix?

We don't have near that many remote users ...only 3. But we recently moved to a 2003 server and use TS for the remote users. Its been pretty stable. And Win2003 server has some added features for TS users that previous versions didn't have that are helpful. The interface is much more user friendly as well.
