Macola on Citrix 1

Dear Friend,
I'm using macola with citrix metaframe 1.8 on win2k
The problem was happen when I using from client ICA to citrix macola will show "load error BTR2FCD" and "error code:198,pc=0, call=13, seg = 0" How i can solve it?

From the Macola tech support site posted below. If you do not have a signon and password for this site, you need to get one, this type of information is readily available.

Why do I keep getting random 198 errors on these files when in Progression through Citrix using Pervasive SQL 2000?

1) load error :file BIDRPT error code: 198,pc=daf,call=21,seg=0

2) load error:file screenf error code: 198,pc=0,call=6, seg=0

3) load error:file btr2fcd error code:198,pc=0,call=13,seg=0

Resolution:
Have all users log out of Progression. Delete all users (is there are any) from \macola70\users folder. Delete all filesfrom data folder with the extention of tmp. Make sure there are no users in Citrix. Load the PervasiveSQL 2000 monitor and Check Resource Usage and Communications to make sure that there are no settings being maxed out.

You may also have to install a copy of the Macola application on the Citrix box and have Citrix users run it from there, vs. running it off of another server. This is mentioned in the Macola documentation somewhere, and seems to be necessary in virtually all installs. Otherwise, timing issues result in a variety of errors similar to what you are seeing.

Though the error message seems to indicate that you are running Btrieve, you didn't mention whether it was Btrieve or SQL.

Installing Macola Progression Btrieve locally on a Citrix server is more difficult than SQL because the various system databases become decentralized vs. the SQL setup. You would have a screens folder on the citrix server and the network drive which holds the password file and the screen tables for all of the modules. Modifying one would not modify the other and you would need to keep them in sync.

I would recommend against it in a Btrieve scenario.

Dear All,
thank you for all information. I'm using macola version 7.5.103f with SQL 2000 enterprise version the problem for now I have been clear only folder M:\macsql\Users but it's still get the problem follow this:
1) Abnormal clean up show when we open module print/report
2) Load error before user login Macola32.gnt or .dll error
3) Load error:file 'btr2fcd' error code:198,pc=0,call=13,seg=0 this is as "dgillz" told me.

How we solve macola sql version with citrix? Actually for macola sql version is using in local server and client in intranet it's never get any problem but I don't know why it's happen on citrix.
Please help me.
