Macola Multi-bin Automatic Reporting Tool 1

Is anyone using an add-on to Macola to report production in a multi-binned location? Not using serial/lot. We have large BOM's with single step reporting and need a tool to facilitate inventory depletion through Shop Floor Control.

You need to look at the .com objects offered by Wisys. I am not sure a single step mfg process requires SFC as oppossed to POP, but Wisys can highly automate either scenario.

I will be evaluating a custom application from our business partner tomorrow. It does what you are talking about, but uses serial/lot on the produced item only. I'll report back on their success with this application.

We are currently using WMS (a warehouse management barcode scanner add-on) but there are limitations that are a problem for our environment due to high volume production.
