We run Macola Progression 7.5.103e SQL. Our AP clerk bailed out of posting the subledger for some unknown reason. It posted only part of the interface file. I turned on the "allow out of balance " posting and had her rereun the post. This worked with the exception that the very last transaction that posted in the interrupted run ALSO posted (a second time) on the follow up run. This is making the transactions and account balances out by this dollar amount. Which Tables do I need to modify to remove this duplicate item? It seems to be affecting GLBALFIL_SQL, and I expect GLTRXFIL_SQL. Are these the correct files to modify? are there any others? Is there a maintenance tool within Macola that would be more appropriate?
Thanks, Mark

I would leave the allow out of balance flag on, and do a one sided transaction in GL to offset the double posting. Then you can turn off allow out of balance posting.
