Macola ES -- editing alternate address

Good afternoon....

Macola ES v9.5.500 (also apparent on v9.5.600)

Just recently, whenever editing an alternate address, we are only seeing the left half of the screen. We can no longer see/edit the AddressCode, Ship Via, Sales Rep, etc. When you first open the page, you can see the right side of the screen....but it disappears almost immediately.

We have done no updates to Macola since the beginning of the year. We have made no major changes to any of the workstations. I did Windows Updates 2-3 weeks ago, but I cannot say for certain there is a cause/effect relationship there.

Anyone else seen this before?

I'm on 9.5.600 and having no problems doing any of this.

I have seen this before. It was caused by the Windows display DPI settings set to large instead of normal.
