I'm most familiar w/Sheldon Needles Requirements Analyst. You need to develop a budget, too, as some solutions, while feature rich, may simply be out of a small company's price range. The more complex packages with lots of whistles and bells require an upfront expenditure in implementation and training. And classroom training just doesn't do the job unless you have experience implementing an integrated system such as macola or mas90.
