Hello

I have a G3 Blue Mac and have a site in a server that says that dont know anything about Mac. The fact is that averytime I use Fetch it tells me it cant recognize my password Why?

Thk for your help. [sig][/sig]

Do you have a macshare volume on your server? Do you have a utility on the server,(I assume you have a NT server) to allow the Mac to see it as a Mac server? If not, then I think you'll have better luck by setting up a macshare volume or by buying a product like PCMAC-LAN. My experience is limited, but these are the only way I know to do this.

I hope this helps.

Don't use Fetch. Add Mac support to the NT server and create a Mac volume the same as the relevant PC share point. Then you can drop files between both OSs.

Keep in mind, the volume you create the MAC share on has to be NTFS, and you'll need to have Services for Macintosh loaded in the Network Control Panel applet, under "Services"
