Hi. We have a very strange problem and I do not know at all where to look for answers. Some of our Mac users cannot email certain vendors. Persons on IBM/clones can email these vendors with no problem. Here is a sample of the rejected emails, and one that makes it through just fine to the exact same recipient address from the root/ sendmail box.

Is there some sort of character translation with the Mac platform that isn't being handled correctly? The error states:

someone@xxx-com.com on Today, 2:38 PM
The format of the e-mail address is incorrect. Check the address, look up the recipient in the Address Book, or contact the recipient directly to find out the correct address.

Again, it only happens to some of the Mac users, with some of their external contacts. Any help/direction would be appreciated.
