We have a user with a Mac G4 and OS 9, and we use Groupwise 5.2. We have the latest edition of GWIA installed.

This user can send email (using the Groupwise client for the Mac) outside the company (i.e., Internet email addresses), and he can successfully send attachments to people within the company. But when he tries to send email outside the company WITH files attached, GWIA rejects them with the message "The attached file had the following undeliverable recipient(s):¦¦caldodge@fpcc.net (access denied)" (or whoever the message was sent to).

Does this look familiar to anyone else? Is there some obscure setting which needs to be changed? This problem does not happen with our two other Mac users.

Thanks,
