machines in a dmz OVO_7

Hi everybody,

I have problems to configure nodes in Open View Operations, i can't see the machines I want to monitor. Those machines are located in a dmz, and I think it has to be the problem.

I guess I have to configure ports or something like that, but I don't have documentation, so I have no idea which ports are used, and how to configure firewalls.

If anyone kows how to help me...
