I am running XP home on a 2.0 GHz system.
When I try and put the system into standby mode it goes into standby and the hard disks turn off as they should.
However, when I try and resume, the hard disks fire up again but nothing else happens. Nothing comes on the screen and it certainly does not resume from standby. CTRL ALT DEL does not work either, the only way out is to reset the machine.
The machine shuts down OK and hibernates OK as well, it just wont resume from standby.
Any ideas?
