Machine coding for Headset activation on 9608 phones

Hi all

The business wants to put agents at home using One x communicator BUT

One X does not allow headset buttons so ACD is not a valid option on the phone

Does anyone know

1:- what the coding is the phone puts out when Headset button activated
2:- Is this code something we could set up as a button on one x communicator to allow auto answer at home

I would look at the One-X Agent software instead of One-X Communicator.

One-X Agent is very similar to One-X Communicator but was specifically designed for Agents. It should do exactly what you want but it's always worth consulting the documentation.
