Machine Check Exception on install.

I'm trying to install RH 7.2 on an old compaq armada 1592D
MT it's a 233 with about a 4 gig drive. It doesn't seem to have the option to boot off the cd so i created a boot disk using rawrite and used ../images/boot.img to create the disk. I reboot the system and it comes to the window where u can choose the type of install. Now previously I was using the standard gui install and after loading for a few secs the screen went blank. After I thought maybe it was video so I tried a text install. Right after I pick the text install i get this message scrolling in a loop..

CPU#0: Machine Check Exception: 0x (mem block) (type 0x

Any suggestions?

ok i managed to find the anwser myself..i'll post just in case someone has same problem
