Setting up PC for Exact Progression running Win XP. Getting this error when running ICR Purchase Order Print to PDF.
Also getting "The remaining text does not appear to be part of the formula". Document in KnowledgeBase MACCROUT Error with RMA History Report or Custom ICR Reports in PWE does not solve the problem, as the report runs on all other machines.

Have tried the typical...In IE set Tools, Security and unchecked "automatically detect intranet network"

Thanks

Got it to print by copying the cruflma.dll and crufba.dll and registering. BUT it will not print the account# which is a field added in a few years back. The other machines print it and it is not user specific, just machine specific.

Thanks

Is crystal installed on both computers. If so, you can open the report in crystal and review the Help, About, More (based on crystal XI) and you will see the required DLL's for the report to work correctly, on a machine that works. You can then copy them and put them on the new PC and register them. The real issue is basically any new machines that never had old versions of Macola no longer get components that are required. I have been running into this for a while.

Well I found out what I did. It was pointing to the old report--not the new one I had added the acct # to. (Can't believe I did that!!).

But now, all the things I did to "fix" it the report (no ICR report) will run at all ( it allows me to select, key data, but I do not get the processing box after clicking ok)

I uninstalled Macola (deleted the c:program files\common files\macola shared. deleted the macola7.ini file in c:windows and deleted the registry key HKEY_local_machine_software Macola ---then reinstalled Macola.

I have done this several times, still will not process the report.

Thanks
