Mac v10.0.4 upgrade to 10.1

Is there a free upgrade from os x 10.0.4 to 10.1 or is mac going to charge me like everything else? I am aware or the v10.2 but personally it is not worth the $129 they are asking.

its not free - $19 i think. there's a link on the apple site about it.
