Mac users not seeing all of their email in IMAP enviroment

I have had complaints from Mac users that when they access their inbox ona Mac that they are not being able to view all messages, they can tell this by the message count.<br>
<br>
On a PC they are seeing all of their email. This is a IMAP email system.
