Hello everyone.
First of all, I am not the web master at the company I work, but he came to IT to assist him figure out the following problem.
This is the info I have:
A website was created via IIS using Windows 2003 Enterprise
The Authentication Method for this site is as follows:
Anonymous access [unchecked]
Integrated Windowss Authentication [checked]
Digest authentication for Windows domain servers [checked]
Basic auth and .NET [unchecked]
Realm [our domain name]
We only have 1 mac user in the company, when this user clicks on the link for the website from inside the network she gets a dialog box to authenticate. She does have an account in our network (AD integrated/Server 2003). She types in OURDOMAIN\Username + herpassword and it fails to log in. Her account is not locked out or expired.
What else can the webmaster or myself check to allow this mac user to this site?
Thanks for the help,
ceez
