Mac to PC Network

I am using a cable modem with a wireless router to connect my G5 to the internet with the ethernet connection. My PC Laptop connects wirelessly via the router. How can I create a Network with these two computers???

So long as you are using TCP/IP on the G5 you should be fine. Set up the wireless router to assign IP addresses via DHCP using a private network address (most common is 10.x.x.x/8 or 192.168.x.x/24). Configure both the G5 and your Windows PC's to automatically accept IP address assignment. You should be good to go.
