We have mac photoshop images which we need to give customers who work on pc. The problem is, our customers do not know how we need to save the images in order for them to read on a pc (ie .eps, .tif, .jpeg)

Does anyone know where we can get a list of the most used programs on pc's and the image file types they accept. Then we can ask our customers which programs they are using to view the images etc and give them the correct pc file type.

Thanks!!!

You can get them to buy a copy of photoshop which will open all the same images as on a mac.

Paint shop Pro (shareware product) opens pretty much all of them too.

If in doubt (or they are tight), send them jpgs which can be opened in Internet Explorer or Imaging which they will all have!

pc can read the same image file as mac tif jpg bmp pci etc. just send it and try it out to view it try a free program called acdsee
