Mac to PC Icon Converter

Will someone PLEASE once and for all suggest a simple program that'll convert Mac icons (.sit???) into PC icons (I'd settle just converting them to .gif).

I have searched everywhere and can't find one single straight answer!

Have you tried

I use their Iconforge which is for windows, perhaps they have something for you.
