We are having lots of problems with outlook on our macs, can anyone help at all?

When you click on an email in order to send the details to the contacts list, a message pops up saying unable to open contacts folder. Yet if you click on it there it is, does anyone know how to restore this facility.

If you need backgraound, all folders and emails had to be copied to PST files due to Reinstallation of Microsoft Exchange on the Email server.

Any help would be appreciated, as I have not been able to find any Mac help from anywhere?

Can you give us the OS version number and the Outlook version number?

My first thought is a permissions problem in OSX but I am not an OSX user.

I tried to remain child-like, all I acheived was childish.

Yes, it is OS 9 all round, and Microsoft Outlook 2001 and yes you are right in your assumption, that was on part of the message that it was possibly a permissions thing.

I shall try and get the exact message for you, and post it here later today.
