Mac osx imaging

Does anyone know of another program able to image a mac across the network other than ccarbon copy cloner. My problem with ccc is that unless my server is the dhcp server I cant net boot and find the image. We presently have a laptop with 10.3 server and take it to location and hook to mobile switch not connected to network to image. I want to be able to image across the network like ghost for windows.

I guess you can use Disk Utility - located in Applications/Utiltiies - to make the image. It images folders or drives
