Mac OS X , ichat and mail want keychain password every time either one is opened. Is there somewhere I can disable this feature???

Thanks,

Tony

Dumb question:

Are you clicking "Always Allow" when the dialog appears?

Next, you may need to repair your keychain - I've heard of this, but have not done it. Read AppleCare Knowledge Base Document 107234 - it talks about the Keychain First Aid tool and has a link to downloading it.

Thanks buddy,

Yes I clicked always allow...

I'll check applecare though.

Thanks again,

I just thought of something.

Did you copy the chain from another account? you may have to change the chain name and password to match your log in name and password.
