Hello everyone,

I have a Mac OS X box connecting to my Citrix farm, and about half the time, his session has to be Foreced Quit as it stops responding.

Currently we are patched up the latest service pack, and he is using the latest version of the client.

Can anyone shed any light.

Thanks

Tim,

Did you get a solution for this problem?

I posted the following in remote access forum without reply.

Any thoughts

thx

Richard

Apologies if my terminology is astray.
I am using IE on OS X attempting to log into my Windows XP profile at work and I get the following error when I try to boot an application.
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.citrix.JICA.class
Searches on the web have suggested importing the security certificate for the seccue site, which I succeeded in doing. This, however, did not fix the problem.
Support at work recommends installing a java thin client (?) which solves the problems for windows users.
Is there such a solution ofr the OS X?
Is there a simpler solution?
help ...
