Mac OS X and Citrix ICA client problem

I have a user attempting to get connected to my Citrix MF 2.0 farm via a MAC OS X. I have done everything necessary to load the client onto my NFUSE 1.7 server. When the MAC user tries opening an application, a document with an ".asp" profile downloads, and the Apple System Profiler comes up, but nothing else happens. If anyone has any suggestions to get this MAC client working, it would be greatly appreciated. I've never had a MAC client before, so I can't say whether any MAC will work or if it is just this particular user.
