Hi,
I am looking for an advice.

1) Got a virus on my Mac 10.5;
2) Bought the Norton anti-virus (11.0.1.(3);
3) The virus made it almost impossible to install(!!!) Norton product. I had a really hard time, but somehow fulled it.
-- It was certain that this guy basically had full control over my system at the moment;
4) Norton s/w made a full scan, NOTHING was found;
5) The symptoms have also disappeared, but those were obvious symptoms. Who knows?

The bottom line is: after purchasing and running Norton a/v, I still have no idea whether my system is cured or not.

A) What shall I do? shall I return it?

B) What are the other industry-strength options? (Except for erasing my hard drive and reinstalling the OS from scratch?).

C) Is there a place on the Web where I could find what my virus is (my describing the symptoms) and what does it *really* do?

THANKS in advance.
