Mac OS 9 JavaScript Errors

I have a page that has a bunch of links that all call the same function with different parameters. All works fine except on MAC OS9 IE. Here there are occasional glitches, a link is clicked, the new window opens to the programmed size, but then it freezes the browser. The only thing I can find is that my code in Dreamweaver seems to not stay formatted as I write it, and I read somewhere that MAC sees line breaks differenly than a PC.

Again, the error is only present on OS9, on OSX it is fine. Any help would be appreciated.
