I have an iMac and have been having trouble getting my monitor calibrated properly. My print bureau supplies customers with the identical image online and in print for calibration purposes. When I run through the monitor calibration program (and yes, I am in "expert mode"), the result is that the online image is very lacking in red, way too green, and a little lacking in blue. If I download the online image and open it with PictureViewer, same problem. If I open it in Photoshop it looks much closer to the original, but still a little lacking in red. Should I be concerned, or decide I've got it pretty close? What more can I do to adjust it?

Another weirdness is that in the monitor calibration program, I cannot see the image to adjust brightness. It appears as only a black square.
