Hi,
I have a user that is using Mail to download his email from our mail server (POP3).
Lately he has trouble viewing his sent items. He gets the message"this message has not been downloaded from server, you need to take this account online in order to download it".He is online and connected.
Any idea?
Thanks,

It means there's a problem communicating with the pop server - like someone sent him a huge attachment or similar.

I'd suggest looking at the mail account on the server to see if that's the case.

We had the same problem ages ago with two of our users.

We deleted some mail from his inbox, sent items etc, which fixed the problem for a few months then it continued so we downloaded another mail program called Thunderbird and haven't looked back.
