Mac IE 5.2.3 CSS Viewing Problem

I've got a website that views fine in any browser on PC, and in Safari on MacOSX 10.3.3.

However, in Mac IE 5.2.3 is a very different story that can only be attributed to the CSS code.

The page in question is actually my blog:
Is this a common problem, or could it be a problem in the CSS code?
