Mac Icons

My Mac does not let me drag icons. i do have stuff like tinkertool and an ipod hooked up to it, as well as some icons that have been changed. could you please tell me how to move my icons?

Where do you want to move icons? Where are they coming from? Are you referring to all icons, no matter where they are? What icons have been changed?

all of the icons aren't movable. every one.

i want to move them to my ipod or just to other folders. (like my vCards to my ipod have to be drug there. they cannot be imported or anything.)
