MAC HDD Recovery

I am trying to recover a Hard drive with possibly damage partition. But I need to know about more recommended programs for Apple Data recovery. I am going to try disk warrior today and if that doesn't work I am at square one again. I need a list of more proven Apple data recovery programs. Can someone please help me?

Try DataRescue from Prosoft

I've used it before on several unreadable disks with good results.

The program recovers data from the source disk and then writes it to another drive, useful if the source disk has bad sectors - also means less risk to the data than if one attempts to repair the damaged volume.

What operating system are you using, if yor using 10.3.9 then i have had the same problem. If you have got it sorted please let me know how
