MAC Flapping

Hello friends

I have a problem that take all of my time still not solved.

I have 4 ESX servers that are connected to my Cisco 2960 switche.
I have MAC flapping errors in my syslog server logs all the time that MAC addresses are flapping between my Cisco Ports.

I put my Physical ports mode to access and still have the same problem.

any advice would be highly appreciated.
