Hello,
We are running windows 2000 with AD and exchange 5.5. We recently had a disaster with our exchange server. After recovery a few people couldn't send any external mail out. The users that have windows installed was kind of simple, we just reinstalled the client and everything was working properly. We have one Mac user on the network who's still experiencing the same issues. We have tried everything. He was able to send and receive before the crash, but now only able to send internally and receive internal mail and external mail.
Are there any settings that I can check?
Oh yea, one thing I forgot to mention is that during the recovery effort, we ended up installing a new firewall. Does anyone think that this is or was an issue for some of the users?
At this point, only our MAC user is having issues now.
