Mac Clients on Exchange

Could anyone help me! I have got some guys who use Macs and at the moment they connect to our exchange box using outlook 8.2.2 clients. They will soon be moving to another mail system which is going to be pop based. I need to know is it the same as a pc for exporting the mail from exchange down to a pst.

Any help would be Kewl!

Exchange has supported POP-3 clients for a while now -- Why not use the POP-3 client (Outlook Express, Netscape, etc) and download the e-mail to the POP-3 client?

This would be cleaner than mucking with PST files, IMO.
