Hey all, I have a Mac guy on my network who recently lost the ability to connect to network shares on a Windows server. I haven't made any changes to the server and he says he hasn't made any changes to his computer. He's trying to connect to a Windows 2003 Server R2 SP2 and he's running Mac OS 10.7.3. He's getting an error message stating that he doesn't have permission to connect to the folder on the server, but the server doesn't show anything in the Security log regarding failed logins.

He's trying to connect by using Finder, then Connect To Server, putting in the correct UNC path and then entering his name and password. MY guess is that there's an issue with his login name syntax. We've tried LoginName, Domain\LoginName, Domain/LoginName, LoginName@Domain, LoginName@Domain.com and nothing is working.

ANY help here would be greatly appreciated,

Joe B
