Mac-based vlans in mixed wired\wireless environmets.

Hi all,
it is possible to organize that mixed vlans?
In my network I have two x250-48 stacked switches and wireless network contoller wm3400 with few APs.
My task is enable mac authentication on this.
I now how to use network login on switche, but, as I understand, after authorization phisical port will added to some vlan. I concerned that after authorization of the first wireless client, port on switch (in which connected wifi controller) will be added to vlan of of than (first) user. Am I wrong?
