yes
1) ping the computer using its name.
2) use "arp -a" it will display a table with IP, MAC Address and type
3) Use "nbtstat -C" and and a table with ip with Netbios name and ip, will be displayed.
4) Associate the IP address on netbios table with ip addres in the arp table.
althow the steps 3 and 4 may be change with "ping -a IP_ADDRESS". It will resolve the netbios name by IP.
The firts Step is essencial, to put associate the MAC Address with the Ip, if you don´t do this, the ip and MAC address will not appear
