m824 resetting the system password back to 266344 1

went to a new customers site yesterday and someone changed to default password to something else anyone know how to reset the password with out wiping out the data. can it be accessed with a rad? thanks in advance for any and all help.

firebird thanks but how can i debug with out going into the programming and resetting the date. i looked at the faqs and it says i have to set the date then follow the rest of the document

Date and time can be changed by using the lower level F**23646 (ADMIN) login. Default password is 23646.
