M8 Caller ID Displays Incorrectly 1

Have an M8 device on a 8x24 DR.5 software. Info being displayed on sys telephones(intermittantly)are calls that were received previously and not displaying the real-time call. I believe call logging is interfering in some way, but only want calls displayed and not logged. I set up a independent CID box ahead of the sys and is showing the real time call, but Norstar shows a call that was received previously. Any solutions??? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

TRy clearing all logs. Try rebooting the 824. Other than that you may have a defective M8.
